It was important to us to develop a nutrient complex to supply you and your skin with valuable nutrients from the inside every day.
Vitamin A controls is to maintain our skin and mucous membranes. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen and supports the function of the skin. The combination of vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B2, selenium and zinc forms a powerful antioxidant team that can protect your cells from oxidative stress and resulting cell damage. Riboflavin (vitamin B2) and niacinamide (vitamin B3) help maintain normal skin and mucous membranes. Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) has a regulating function on your hormone balance.
Since vitamin B12 in particular can promote acne, we have deliberately omitted it from our Skin Nutrition Complex.
The versatile trace element zinc nourishes your skin and supports a balanced acid-base metabolism. It also plays an important role in cell division and is involved in maintaining a normal hormone balance (testosterone). In addition to selected vitamins and trace elements, our nutrient complex skin with OPC from organic grape seed extract provides you with important secondary plant substances every day.

Information If you are taking medication at the same time, please consult your doctor about possible interactions. Vitamin A and niacinamide (vitamin B3) should not be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
If you take other food supplements with vitamin A, vitamin E and/or niacinamide (vitamin B3) at the same time, make sure that you do not exceed the daily requirement.
Men over the age of 55 should note that excessive supplementation of vitamin E may increase the risk of prostate cancer.
Please adhere to the recommended intake and always keep food supplements out of the reach of children.
Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening with a glass of water. For optimal bioavailability of the fat-soluble vitamins A and E, make sure that your meal contains some fat, such as olive oil.
Personal tip
You can easily combine your daily nutrient complex skin with a handful of nuts to increase the bioavailability of fat-soluble vitamins A and E with the fats they contain.
