In our Hair & Nails Nutrition Complex, biotin, zinc and selenium form the basis for maintaining healthy normal hair and nails.
The trace elements zinc and selenium are not just simple nutrients, but potent antioxidants that, together with copper, can protect your hair root and nail bed cells from oxidative stress. Copper is a true multi-talent: it is an important co-factor of enzymes responsible for building collagen and elastin. Thus it contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue. In addition, copper ensures normal pigmentation of our hair. Vitamin B6, together with zinc, contributes to the regulation of hormone activity. As valuable sulphur suppliers, we have added the two amino acids L-cysteine and L-methionine to the Hair & Nails Nutrient Complex. In addition, it contains silicic acid (silicon) from natural bamboo extract and natural nettle extract. As vitamin B12 can promote acne, we have deliberately omitted it from our Hair & Nails Nutrition Complex.
