Short Description

The Blemish Prone Skin Set helps your skin to control spots and impurities: It deep-cleans pores, regulates sebum production and has an anti-inflammatory, soothing and repairing effect.

Our Blemish Prone Skin Set consists of the following products:

Spots develop when blackheads and clogged pores are colonised by bacteria and become inflamed. So as not to let it get that far in the first place, daily cleansing is the most important step in caring for blemish prone skin. Our cleansing gel thoroughly removes excess sebum, dirt and make-up without unduly irritating or drying your skin. The organic camomile extract is also soothing and has an anti-inflammatory effect. So your skin is well-prepared for other skincare products.

Our zinc toner is particularly suitable for oily and combination skin. Zinc PCA has an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effect. With its high natural content of silicic acid, the contained organic horsetail extract makes your pores look finer and has a skin renewing effect.

Blemish prone skin is usually accompanied by seborrhea, i.e. an overproduction of sebum. At the same time there is often a problem with cornification, where the outermost horny layer of skin becomes thicker and dead skin cells can clog the pores. The sebum can no longer drain off and a blackhead forms. Our BHA peeling with 2% salicylic acid counteracts the appearance of these blackheads. On the one hand it deep-cleans the skin and loosens sebum blockages in the pores, on the other it has an exfoliating effect on the skin and gently removes calluses and small scales.

The aloe vera gel cools and soothes the skin. It can alleviate redness, impurities and irritation. Its light, oil-free texture will not unduly stress your skin and it will still get a lot of moisture. You can also use our aloe vera gel for your face, body and hair.

Impure skin

Step 1 - cleansing

First clean the skin in the morning with the cleansing gel. To do this, moisten your face with water and massage 1-2 pumps of the gel into your face in circular movements until it foams slightly. Please avoid the eye area. Then wash off the cleansing gel thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Step 2 - toning

Apply 3-5 pumps of toner to your cleansed skin. Alternatively use a cotton pad or one of our reusable cotton pads and apply the toner to it. Then gently stroke your skin from the inside out and moisten it with the valuable active ingredients.

Step 3 - Effect
After cleansing, apply BHA peeling every other evening instead of the toner. Place a few drops in your palms and gently pat onto your forehead, nose, chin and cheeks. Avoid the eye area. When it is completely absorbed, you can proceed to the next step.

Step 4 - Care
Aloe Vera Gel has a soothing effect and feels wonderfully light and refreshing on your skin. Apply half a pump to your face, neck and décolleté. You can also mix the Aloe Vera Gel with 2-3 drops of a light oil for a bit more moisture. Our argan oil or squalane are great for this.

Harsh UV rays can also irritate and aggravate blemish prone skin. Therefore, always apply sunscreen as the last step in your care routine during the day, e.g. our sun cream SPF30

During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the skin is particularly sensitive, so you should not use our BHA peeling during this time, or only in consultation with your dermatologist.

You should not use the Zinc Facial Toner and the BHA Peeling consecutively, as niacinamide (contained in the Zinc Facial Toner) and BHA can react with each other and cause skin irritation. Here's how it works:  Use facial toner in the morning and either the BHA peeling or the facial toner in the evening.
